Austen L. Parrish

Austen Parrish is the Dean and James H. Rudy Professor of Law at Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Dean Parrish earned his B.A. from the University of Washington, in Seattle, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Prior to joining Indiana University, he served as Interim Dean and Chief Executive Officer at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he was also a professor of law. Before entering academia, Dean Parrish was an attorney in the litigation department of O'Melveny & Myers.
