Gregory Parks

Gregory S. Parks, JD, PhD (psychology) is a Professor of Law at Wake Forest School of Law. Dr. Parks teaches Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws, Complex Civil Litigation, Critical Race Theory, Implicit Bias and the Law. He researches in the areas of race & law, social science & law, popular culture & the law. and empirical legal studies. Dr. Parks served as a Visiting Fellow at Cornell Law School. He also worked as a judicial law clerk on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
