Michael B. Berkman

Michael Berkman is a graduate of Ardsley High School, The State University of New York at Binghamton, and Indiana University in Bloomington, where he received his PhD in Political Science in 1989. He is currently a Professor of Political Science at Penn State University in State College, Pennsylvania.
