Judith E. Pearson

Dr. Judy Pearson is a retired Mental Health Counselor now working part-time as a free lance writer, copy editor, and writing coach. In addition to books, she has written over 200 articles, reviews, book chapters, and training manuals. She holds a Ph.D. in Mental Health Counseling from Catholic University, Washington, D.C. She is a certified master practitioner and trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Judy is also a member of The 1805 Club and the Naval order of the U.S. She is a frequent contributor to the newsletter of the Naval Order, and the Kedge Anchor of the 1805 Club. She is managing editor of the Trafalgar Chronicle, the annual naval research journal of the 1805 Club.

She has worked as a project manager/writer under a DoD firm contracting with the US Air Force, as an adjunct professor with Webster University, a trainer with the American Hypnosis Training Academy of Silver Spring, Maryland, and Executive Director of the National Board of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapists.
