Susan Smith Alvis

Since early 2006, Susan Alvis has written books that have climbed Amazon's bestseller lists in the US and abroad. Her ghostwritten projects have capped Amazon's top 250 with all previous nonfiction books documented chart runners in their respective categories. As a ghostwriter, Susan has written or contributed to single titles for New York Times and USA Today bestsellers. Her books have also been award-winners and finalists in the acclaimed ForeWord Magazine Book of the Year Awards.

Susan studied the performing arts at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri where she majored in theater arts and business. With a love for marketing as much as the writing business, Susan is an experienced book doctor who also enjoys helping her fellow writers develop marketing plans for their queries and proposals.
