I have a degree in journalism from the University of Oklahoma and am a former newspaper reporter. I work half-days in my husband and older son's law office, bookkeeper, probate clerk and general flunky. Until March 1 we had four grown children. That was when we lost our youngest, our second son, to cancer. He was the one who pulled my books up on computers in bookstores and libraries, his laughing contribution to promoting my work. It's been six weeks. I may be grieving less now. It's hard to tell.
