Mark Powers

Mark Powers joined Dialect as part of the launch team and has experienced sync and the absence of sync in public and private corporations, non-profits, and government organizations. He learned the principles of uncommon sense while working with a remarkable group of high school and college students in Moscow.

Mark enjoys helping people recognize their strengths, connect their strengths to organizational goals, and find meaning in their work.

He is a member of the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and the St. Louis Organization Development Network (ODN).

Mark earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and graduated with an M.A. in Counseling from Covenant Theological Seminary.
