Debbie lives in Kerrville, Texas, with her husband, Keith, of over 46 years; where she was recognized as the 2000 Woman of the Year. In 2019 she was one of the four nationally honored Mother of Achievement in Washington, D.C. Debbie and her husband have two married children and five grandchildren.

Williams is is a contributor to The Christian Post, is published in P31 and other magazines, and served as a faith columnist for the Kerrville Daily Times newspaper for 10 years. In addition, she served on the faculty of the Marantha Christian Writer's Conference. Debbie’s 365 DAYS of PRAISE - BEYOND OURSELVES daily blog ministers to thousands daily, along with her UpLIFT Minute Radio devotionals. She is a team member and blog contributor to MomLife Today, A Wife Like Me, and The MOM Initiative.
