Benjamin Curtis

Benjamin Curtis is a Research Associate at the United Kingdom's National Foundation for Educational Research. For many years he was a professor at Seattle University in the USA, where he founded the Poverty Education Center, an institute dedicated to teaching, learning, and research on education in low-resource contexts. He has taught international development, educational philosophy, and European history and politics, and also served as a policy advisor to the British government. Ben was educated at Middlebury College in Vermont and the London School of Economics, and holds his doctorate from the University of Chicago.
