Greg Alexander

Greg Alexander is the creator of The Three Eras of Professional Services and the founder of Collective 54, a community for founders of boutique professional services firms. He previously built and sold his own firm, SBI, and now helps founders redesign how their firms are built, scaled, and exited.

He is the author of The AI-Native Boutique Firm: How Founders Build More Valuable Firms When Services Become Software, written with his AI agent and coauthor, Co-Founder.

He lives in Jackson, Wyoming, with his wife, Brooke, and their dog, Red, and can usually be found on the Snake River, in the Tetons, or failing to keep a golf ball in the fairway.
