Dick Logue

After being diagnosed with congestive heart failure, Dick Logue threw himself into the process of creating low-sodium versions of his favorite recipes. A cook since the age of 12, Logue grows his own vegetables, bakes his own bread, and cans a variety of foods. He currently has a website, www.lowsodiumcooking.com, and his weekly online newsletter, complete with the latest recipes and tips, is read by more than 11,000 people. He lives in Maryland.
