Dan Bailey

Outdoor journalist and author Dan Bailey has a passion for the world’s wild steep places. When he’s not out researching guidebooks he photographs and writes about mountain sports for travel and outdoor magazines, newspapers and online media. He has hiked, climbed and occasionally hobbled in mountains across five continents, though he still maintains that the hills of home are tops. Dan and his wonderful wife live on the Costa Del Fife, with the sea on their doorstep and the Scottish Highlands just down the road.
