David Chadderton

David Chadderton is from Manchester. He took over as editor of British Theatre Guide in 2012 after covering the north west as regional editor for a number of years. He is also a founder member of the Manchester Theatre Awards panel.

David has devised and taught youth group, school and college drama and theatre classes for more than 20 years, and also teaches on the distance learning degree course of leading drama school Rose Bruford College.

He has written and directed a large number of scripts, mainly for young people's theatre and theatre-in-education, as well as articles for a number of theatre, scriptwriting and education publications and spoken about theatre on local and national radio and TV.
