I am a Game Designer who has been working in the games industry for over 17 years.

I've worked on a number of games as a designer in various capacities including Undisputed, Le Mans Ultimate, HearthStone, Sea of Thieves, An action VR Game for Sony (cancelled), Flight School, Flight Sim World, Train Sim World, Fishing Pro Tour, Formula 1 (2011 to 2016). I've also worked on a number of mobile titles and currently working on my own indie title for PC on STEAM.

As a child I would spend time in the local library and at home trying to read as many video game creation books as possible. Unfortunately I wasn't really that cut out for programming so I spent most of my time trying to learn game creation tools such as GAC, PAW, SEUCK. It wasn't until a program called Klik and Play came along that I really got the game making bug.

After quite a few years of using various tools such as K&P, Click & Create and the Games Factory, I started writing game making articles for magazine publications such as PC Format, PC Answers, and Retro Gamer. It was while doing this in 2004 I released my first book - Make Amazing Games in Minutes. So my book writing career began.

I've written a large number of books with the aim of helping others achieve their dream of making their very own video games.
