Jay Vogt has been walking his whole life — down wooded trails near Baltimore as a boy, across English moors in the mist, through five hundred miles in northern Spain, and up alpine passes beside his grown daughter. A Concord, Massachusetts resident since 1994, he now divides his year between Concord and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
He is the founder of Peoplesworth, a consulting practice for nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, and the author of two books on leadership and teams. His TEDx talk on the art of facilitation is one of the most widely viewed videos on the subject.
A Walking Life is his first work of literary nonfiction.
