Daniel Schaeffer

I was a pastor for 40 years in California. I have also been an award winning author for the last 35 years, writing articles for major magazines such as Reader's Digest, FamilyFun, Discipleship Journal, Moody Monthly, and many others. My work has appeared in several anthologies, including, A 3rd Helping of Chicken Soup for the Soul. I also wrote scripts, study guides, and 10 books. I have a Bachelor's in Bible, and a Masters of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology.

I am married to my wife of 43 years, Annette, and have three grown children, and five grandchildren, and one large Labrador. We live in the Shire! (Central Coast of California).
