Award winning Scottish author, D A Nelson (Dawn) lives near Loch Lomond with two boisterous kids who are not impressed by her authorly outpourings and three small dogs who aren't either. Never-the-less she still prevails and has added adult books to her burgeoning writing career.

Now, in addition to her exciting kids fantasy series, Darkisle, and non fiction book, A Children's History of Glasgow, she has Dusting Down Alcudia and The Jacobite's Share, the first two books in a series of pacy romantic adventures starring a feisty female archaeologist. And there's also her dark comedy, Everything She Wants, which was inspired by Dawn's love of Wham and secret early desire to join a tribute band.

Dawn's latest writing comes in the form of two books that are part of a steamy new romantic suspense series, The Sisters of Sin. Dawn's first book in the series, Greed, comes out in July 2022 with Envy later in the year.
