Janet Denison

Janet Denison is an author, speaker, and noted Bible study teacher. She and her husband, Dr. Jim Denison, are cofounders of the Center for Informed Faith, an international ministry based in Dallas, Texas. Her book, Content to Be Good, Called to Be Godly, was published in 2008 by Tyndale House Publishers. Janet's ministry has spanned 25 years, during which she has served in churches alongside her husband, Jim, in Texas and in Atlanta, Georgia. She is best known for her interdenominational Bible studies, in which she uses humor and life experiences to illustrate biblical truths. She is a keynote speaker for women's conferences, retreats, seminars, and church programs. Through the Center for Informed Faith, Janet and Jim have been able to expand their ministries via the Internet. Their goal is to provide resources for ministry and lay leaders throughout the world. Janet is developing an Internet Bible study tool, www.breakforbiblestudy.com, which will launch in early 2010. Janet and Jim live in Dallas and have two sons, Ryan and Craig, who are currently ministry students.
