After earning a degree in philosophy, Bob took up studying particle physics and cosmology with a passion. Intrigued by the new discoveries taking place in particle physics and their ramifications on our changing picture of the early universe, he was drawn into finding answers to the many questions, conflicts, and unknowns that arose from those discoveries.

A New Vision of the Early Universe is a culmination of forty years of research and study of the writings of many particle physicists, cosmologists, and mathematicians. The depth of Bob’s research, attention to detail, clear prose, and philosophical approach to problem solving conspire to make this a well-respected text. Unrelentless in his pursuit of a viable vision of the early universe, Bob has amassed additional material supporting a broader perspective on how the universe evolved, necessitating this Second Edition.

Bob has retired from a career as a civil investigator and mediation negotiator, during which time he authored Strategic Tort-Mediation Negotiation. After retirement he penned Journey of the Universe, a compelling theory as to what is driving cosmic evolution.

Bob resides with his wife Ellen in San Luis Obispo, California, where he continues to research, write, create board games, and cultivate the minds of their eight grandchildren.
