Marcie Sims

Marcie Sims is the author of The Write Stuff: Thinking Through Essays and The Write Stuff: Thinking Through Paragraphs (Pearson) and Capitol Hill Pages: Young Witnesses to 200 Years of History (McFarland 2017). She loves cooking, golfing, sailing, and playing tennis. She is a tenured professor of English at Green River College in Auburn, Washington. She lives in Seattle and Vashon Island, Washington with her two sons, Marcus and Thomas, and her partner Tom.
