William Winders

Bill Winders is the author of two books: "The Politics of Food Supply" (Yale University Press, 2009) and "Grains" (Polity Press, 2017). He also co-edited "Global Meat" (MIT Press, 2019). Bill is Professor of Sociology in the School of History and Sociology at Georgia Tech, and he lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
