Mark A. Baron

Dr. Mark Baron serves as Assistant to the Dean, School of Education and Counseling at Wayne State College. He served as full professor of Educational Leadership and Associate Dean for the School of Education, University of South Dakota, for more than 25 years. Prior to the University of South Dakota, he spent nearly 20 years as a teacher and secondary school principal in the United States and in Latin America and West Africa. Dr. Baron has published extensively and presented at numerous national and international conferences on the topics of educational assessment, research design, and school improvement.
