L. Michael Posey

L. Michael Posey, born in 1955 in Albany, GA, is a pharmacist, author, editor, and journalist. He is currently employed by the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) and has previously worked for or consulted to the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science, and American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Posey has written or edited numerous books for pharmacists, student pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians. The father of four sons, Posey resides in Athens, GA, with his partner, Jennifer Chang, PharmD, and works there and at the APhA headquarters in Washington, DC.
