I am Professor of Economics and Director of the MBA program at Alaska Pacific University. I also teach courses for Danube University and the Vienna Institute of Technology. Prior to my current appointment, I have held positions at Fort Lewis College, the University of Colorado, Villanova University, Cal Poly, Willamette University, St. Mary's University, the University of Santa Clara, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, and Bellcore.
My training is in economics, with a PhD from the University of Rochester. I teach both Economics and Quantitative Methods in Business. I am particularly interested in telecommunications, health care, and natural resources.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, skiing, golfing (poorly), and travel. I am immensely proud of my wife and son.
