Mike Voight

As a university professor (Central Conn. State U), researcher, leadership educator-adviser, author of 7 books on leadership and mental toughness, and columnist for the United Soccer Coaches Soccer Journal, Dr. Mike Voight has a wealth of knowledge and experience in sport performance and leadership. He teaches graduate courses in sport psych, leadership, and sport sociology. His applied work spans over 20 years, where he continues to provide team, mental toughness, and leadership consulting to all sorts of sports and levels [pro, Olympic, top Division I]. His ever-expanding list of organizations seeking his council include the likes of Texas, USC, Wake Forest, Mississippi State, Georgia Tech, Harvard, (and many others), the Los Angeles Kings (NHL), NE Revs Academy (MLS), New York Liberty (WNBA), a US Olympic team coaching staff, and international coaching organizations, like New Zealand Rugby.
