Catherine Cheremeteff Jones

Catherine Jones is an award-winning cookbook author and entrepreneur working on software solutions for gestational diabetes and maternal health disparities. She is the founder/CEO of Werbie, LLC. Catherine is a Master In Public Health Candidate '22, specializing in Maternal and Child Health at The George Washington Milken Institute School of Public Health. She has authored four cookbooks, including her newly published THIRD edition of Eating for Pregnancy: Your Essential Month-by-Month Nutrition Guide and Cookbook (Hachette Book Group, 2019). Her acclaimed Calories In, Calories Out Cookbook offers a collection of fast and easy recipes to keep calorie consumption low and satisfaction high. Eating for Lower Cholesterol is filled with low-cholesterol recipes. Her first book, a travel memoir entitled A Year of Russian Feasts, won the Writer's Digest Book Award and was a finalist for the IACP Julia Child First Book Award. Catherine is a graduate of Connecticut College and La Varenne Culinary School in France. Married to a Foreign Service Officer, she has spent much of her life overseas in almost two dozen countries.
