Mark Graban helps leaders improve the way work works. For more than two decades, he's coached executives and frontline teams in healthcare, manufacturing, and technology on Lean management, continuous improvement, and psychological safety.

He's the author of The Mistakes That Make Us, a Shingo Publication Award winner, along with Lean Hospitals, Measures of Success, Healthcare Kaizen, and Practicing Lean. He hosts the podcasts Lean Blog Interviews and My Favorite Mistake, and has been named a LinkedIn Top Voice.

When he's not working, Mark makes wood-fired Neapolitan pizza at home.

Mark studied industrial engineering at Northwestern and earned an MS and MBA from MIT.
