Anne G. Faigen

Anne G. Faigen has written several young people's novels: Finding Her Way; Brave Salamander; and New World Waiting. Her first mystery for general readers, Frame Work, was published in 2008. In December, 2009, her latest mystery for general readers, Out Of Turns, was published, both issued by Avalon. With a B.A. in creative writing and a master's degree in literature, she enjoyed a rewarding career teaching high school and college classes in literature and writing before becoming a full-time author. An abiding interest in encouraging young readers to learn about themselves and their world motivated her desire to write historical novels and her love of well-written, compelling mysteries was the genesis of her own interest in writing the novels for general readers.
