Nicki Pendleton Wood loves food too much and the list of work she's written and edited about food, cooking and restaurants is so long that it is honestly pretty boring to read the whole thing. She's worked for Nashville Banner, Nashville Scene, Nashville City Paper, FRPBooks, and was Nashville Scene's daily food blogger for four years, with pieces in Wall Street Journal, Fine Cooking, Relish and many more.

She taught journalism and edited cookbooks in Cambridge, England, for several years and has a pretty convincing English accent.
