Mary Soderstrom

Mary Soderstrom is a Montreal-based writer of fiction and non-fiction with nine works of non-fiction, three short story collections, six novels and one children’s book to her credit. For the three decades she has been writing and worrying about the state of the world. Before We Forget: How Remembering Will Get Us Through the Next 75 Years (Dundurn Press) is her 19th book, and the logical follow-up to her Against the Seas: Saving Civilizations from Rising Waters (Dundurn Press, 2023). It, in turn, grew out of her Concrete: From Ancient Origins to a Problematic Future (University of Regina Press, 2020.)
