Steve Long

Steve Long is an International Mountain Guide with extensive experience working as an instructor, coach and manager in a number of outdoor adventure organisations. This included Head of Centre at Cwm Pennant OEC, and for 12 years as Senior Instructor at Plas y Brenin, the National Mountain Centre. Steve is now the president of the UIAA (International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation) Training Panel and a member of the UIAA Management Committee.

Steve also filmed and edited the Kendal prize-winnning "Great Trango" and more recently "Self-Rescue for Climbers" with Ollie Sanders. He was in charge of safety for the popular TV series: "Jack Osbourne: Adrenaline Junkie".
