Carol Showalter

Carol Showalter is the founder of America's first faith-based diet program, 3D (Diet, Discipline, and Discipleship) and the coauthor of "Your Whole Life: The 3D Plan for Eating Right, Living Well, and Loving God." She has been featured in numerous newspapers and magazines including Ladies Home Journal, Outside, Prevention, and Woman's Day. Carol and her husband, Bill, a Presbyterian minister, have been involved in Christian ministry for over 45 years. They live on Cape Cod and have four children and five grandchildren.
