Carlos Cisneros

Carlos Cisneros was born in Brownsville, Texas, but grew up in Matamoros and Mexico City. In 1968, after the student revolt where thousands of Mexican College Students died in the Matanza de Tlatelolco, Cisneros' dad moved the family back to Matamoros, just south of the Texas border. In time, young Carlos attended American schools, including the University of Texas at Austin and South Texas College of Law in Houston.

He is a solo attorney in private practice right on the Texas-Mexico Border.
