Michael Gentile

Mike Gentile is a seasoned cyber security founder and leader with more than 25 years' experience in the discipline. His focus is on leading teams in related efforts to help win the war on cybercrime, as well as to create efficiencies and a more balanced playing field between learners, hiring organizations, and our communities.

Mike is the founder and CEO of CISOSHARE, an Inc. 5000 cybersecurity provider, and CyberForward Academy, a high school and adult cybersecurity professional development organization.

Mike lives in Southern California with his wife Tiffany and their two boys.
