Adam Ding, MSc, PQS, GSC, PMP, LEED AP, is a professional estimator and PM with extensive experience in planning, estimating and managing a variety of commercial, institutional, residential, heavy/industrial, and sustainable infrastructure projects.

Adam holds a Master's degree in Building Construction from Auburn University, a Project Management Professional Certificate from Project Management Institute, a LEED AP certificate from Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI), a Professional Quantity Surveying diploma from Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and a Gold Seal Certificate from Canadian Construction Association. Adam has had a successful career in the industry, working at all stages of project development cycle from planning, design management, estimating, project coordination to operation and maintenance. He is the sole author of a series of popular construction estimating books, covering general contracting, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. His latest books also include "LEED GA Guaranteed", "PMP Guaranteed" and "PMBOK Lab Manual using Microsoft Project" on Amazon Kindle.

After teaching at polytechnical institute in Canada, Adam is now the Associate Professor of Practice at North Dakota State University for their renowned Construction Engineering and Management program.
