Russell W. Glenn

Dr. Russell W. Glenn's professional careers include service with the think tank community; Strategic and Defence Studies Centre, the Australian National University; and US Army. He has a BS from the United States Military Academy and master’s degrees from USC, Stanford (2), and School of Advanced Military Studies. His PhD in American history is from the University of Kansas. He and his wife live in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Russ has frequently appeared on television in addition to often being cited in print and on social media.

His first novel, Gods' War, pits Robert E. Lee as a Union general confronting Thomas J. (Stonewall) Jackson as his primary antagonist.
