Shannon E. Clark

Shannon Elizabeth Clark is the author of The Alameda, The Beautiful Way (2006) and the award-winning essay, "James Alexander Forbes: The Mischief-Making Renaissance Man" (2008). She has a strong dedication to preserving the local history of the community encompassing The Alameda--California's first true thoroughfare. All of her work is dedicating to fund-raising for this San Jose community.

Clark has worked with expert San Jose historians including Leonard McKay, Bill Wulf and Charlene Duval. The projected release of her next history book is July 4, 2010.
