A West not yet tamed, the integration of the Montford Point Marines into the Marine Corps of WWII, plays that are bilingual, faith based, and about the human condition. Ronald and Judy are constantly evolving as they write from the heart about where they have been and what they have seen. Wanderers at heart, they live in the Hill Country of Texas, having lived in Cuba, Thailand, as well as Hawaii and other states in America over the years. Ron spent nearly 28 years in the USMC before retiring, and Judy taught English, journalism, and theatre wherever they ended up until she retired. The Telegraph Series is composed of four westerns that take place in Colorado, Texas and New Mexico. Based on the history of the period, they are books that focus on a better life, a little romance, and solving good old western crimes. "The First Black United States Marines" is the story of Montford Point Marines of WWII. This book is in many universities in the Unites States and an excellent reference book. Interviewing many of the black WWII veterans was one of the highlights of our writing.
