Hello Football Food fans!

Who am I? Well, I'm a cooking instructor, food writer and a Certified Kansas City Barbecue Judge. What does that mean exactly? Well, it means that I successfully completed the certification program, then turned towards Kansas City, raised my right hand and swore to protect Truth, Justice and The American Way of Barbecue.

Really. I'm not making that up! I am qualified to travel about the country judging barbecue and having a ball in the process.

When I'm not traveling, I live in Savannah, Georgia cooking for my football friends every weekend.
