Bill Guertin

Bill Guertin is a professional message deliverer who inspires others to perform at their best, to succeed more often, and earn more for themselves and their clients.

A radio geek at an early age, Bill was one of the youngest licensed radio broadcasters in the state of Illinois at age 16. He was an entrepreneur and a small business owner throughout his college years, and became a very successful media sales rep, Sales Manager, and General Manager of radio stations in the Midwest over a 25 year career in broadcasting.

While training his radio advertising sales reps, he was asked to present a seminar on Customer Service to a local bank in his home town of Kankakee, IL. What started as a favor for a friend turned into a passion for speaking and a new career path; Bill is now a nationally-known authority on sales and service, and CEO (Chief Enthusiasm Officer) of his own company, called The 800-Pound Gorilla, whose list of clients include the ticket sales departments of dozens of professional sports teams in the NBA, NFL, NHL, Major League Baseball (MLB), Major League Soccer (MLS), and NASCAR.

Bill is an author, trainer, speaker, entrepreneur, and husband of 23 years to wife Sherri; a father of three fabulous boys; and grandfather to the most adorable baby girl in the world today.
