Susan Delson

Susan Delson is an arts journalist and film historian in New York City. She is the author of "Soundies and the Changing Image of Black Americans on Screen: One Dime at a Time" and "Dudley Murphy, Hollywood Wild Card" and the editor of "Ai Weiwei: Circle of Animals." Her writings on art and culture appear in the Wall Street Journal and other publications.

Delson is continuing to work with Soundies. In addition to more writing, she is curating a video package of programs drawn from the entire Soundies catalogue, slated for release by Kino-Lorber in November 2022.
