Robert Blair

Kansas native Robert Blair studied at Portland State College, Central Christian College (now Oklahoma Christian University), and Pepperdine University, earning a BA in Religion/English and an MA in Religion, with further Greek and Hebrew work. He preached for the Church of Christ in Hollywood for 28 years and for decades has taught Bible studies and New Testament Christianity in Northwest Iowa, posting weekly lessons at his website. His books include The Minister’s Funeral Handbook (Baker) and The Funeral and Wedding Handbook (2nd ed.), The Great Omission, and Luke Alive (CSS). His writing has appeared in Leadership Magazine, Our Iowa Magazine, 21st Century Magazine, and Power for Today. He and his wife, Norma, live in northwest Iowa, where he still preaches twice monthly.
