Peter Verkruyse

Dr. Peter A. Verkruyse received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is currently Professor of Communication Studies and Undergraduate Academic Dean at Lincoln Christian University. He received the Religious Communication Book of the Year Award for his book, "Prophet, Pastor and Patriarch: The Rhetorical Leadership of Alexander Campbell" (University of Alabama Press). His work has also been published in "Rhetorica," journal of the International Society for the History of Rhetoric.
