Practitioner Master Trainer/Supervisor and TA Master Supervisor, ICTAQ; Master Practitioner and Licensed Trainer NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming).

Author of numerous articles, books and packs on management competences and assessment, action learning, group dynamics, counselling and mentoring, corporate culture change, and transactional analysis (incl series of free TA books commencing 2022).

Coach, counsellor, psychotherapist, organisation consultant, and trainer and supervisor of those in the helping professions.

Visiting Professor, University of Chester, from 2023; Visiting Professor, Transactional Analysis, Middlesex University 2012-2018; M. Phil. (management and organisational assessment); MSc TA Psychotherapy; Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) - with distinction.

At various times has been Chartered Fellow Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (formerly FIPD, FIPM and FITD); Chartered Manager Chartered Management Institute (CMgrMCMI); former Fellow Royal Society of Arts; former Member Chartered Institute of Transport.

Also has been Accredited European Counsellor; Member BACP (Accred); Psychotherapist Member UKCP; Former NVQ Assessor; trained in Open Space Technology with Harrison Owen; External Assessor: Wealden College (2014-2015); External Moderator: TA Cymru (previously West Wales Institute of Counselling & Psychotherapy) (2018 –2021).

Served on several committees related to counselling at work, supervisory management, and Past President of both the European and the International Transactional Analysis Associations. Founder and Chairperson Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis (2003-2007, 2010-2016, 2020-2023). Editorial Board of Transactional Analysis Journal (1998-2000). Inaugural and current Editor from 2010 International Journal of Transactional Analysis Research & Practice. President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC, now EMCC Global) (2006-2008). (Had been Founding Director in 2003 of EMCC that became EMCC UK). Founder and Director International Centre for TA Qualifications (ICTAQ), incorporating Developmental TA (ICDTA), TA Psychotherapy (ICTAP), Developmental Super-Vision (ICDSV), founded World Online TA Association (WOTAA) 2021. Former Visiting Professor Middlesex University (Developmental Transactional Analysis). Delegate to EATA Council representing Special Interests Groups (2019-2023).
