Ric and Trudy, and their recipes, have been featured by USA Today, Parade magazine, the NBC Today show, Epicurious.com, BuzzFeed, the San Antonio Express, and Tufts University's Nutrition Navigator, among others. Ric's first cookbook, The MediterrAsian Way (co-authored with Trudy Thelander), was named as one of the best cookbooks of the year by Southern California's oldest daily newspaper, the Santa Barbara News-Press.
