After three decades shaping one of the world’s most iconic hotels, he founded BLACKBARN Restaurant in New York City, known for its farm-driven, artisanal cooking. He is also the founder of Heavenly HARVST, a nonprofit providing nutritious, shelf-stable meals nationwide. Doherty’s work blends culinary mastery with a passion for using food to make a difference.
