Francisco C. De La Rosa

Francisco De La Rosa was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, where he obtained Industrial and Power Engineering education. He pursued graduate studies in Sweden in the 80’s and returned to Mexico to get involved in numerous power engineering activities at the Electrical Research Institute (IIE) in Cuernavaca. He moved to the U.S. in 1998 and has enjoyed working in R&D, Design, Protection, Testing, Training and Power System Analysis responsibilities in different Companies. Francisco has a liking for technical activities and publications. This inspired him to writing the CRC Harmonics and Power Systems book.
