Amy Kates

Amy Kates is an organization designer advising leaders of complex companies around the world. She is the co-founder of Kates Kesler Organization Consulting, which was acquired by Accenture in 2020. Since 2024 she has returned to independent advisory work. Amy's six books on organization design and operating model, built on the foundation of Jay Galbraith's organization systems theory, share the frameworks, tools, and methodology that she developed with with Jay and Greg Kesler over the past 20 years.
