WHO I AM:

I’m a difference maker. Whether I am leading an advisory peer group, or coaching individuals and teams, my heartfelt desire is to help them achieve significant impact in their lives and the businesses they lead. I am a thought leader and author in change leadership, an executive coach, and an incessant learner. I leverage over fifty years of corporate leadership experience in various roles to facilitate measurable results in a collaborative and intentional way.

I have the amazing privilege to lead a private advisory group of CEOs, business owners, and key executives who are committed to growing their organizations, their employees, and themselves as they serve their customers and clients.

WHY I DO WHAT I DO:

I have studied and facilitated change over my career in diverse corporate environments. Vistage is the perfect intersection between my knowledge, experience, and passion for helping organizations and individuals create major impact and balance in their lives. My certification as a coactive professional coach, along with researching and publishing my book Chasing Change, has prepared me well to serve others who want to leverage the benefits of positive change vs. resisting it.

WHY IT MATTERS:

Human beings will follow the path of least resistance unless intentional about playing outside their comfort zone. Having a peer group of senior executives committed to impactful outcomes of the members in a diverse, non-competitive environment provides a level of accountability and influence that accelerates learning and commitment. Concurrent one-to-one coaching enhances the probability of sustained change through deeper learning and focused intentionality.
