I started in commodities, futures, and options trading when I was 19 years old. Since then I have authored several books, including "Trade Like a Pro", which was recently translated into Chinese and "Winning the Trading Game". Either book is available for licensing to publish and translate in your local language, and I am always available to be a speaker at one of your events.

Now in my 40's though, I had an epiphany. While it is exciting to be in and out of the market and to be a part of the action, real wealth is made in rental real estate. After over 20 years, I fall squarely on the side of cash flow is king. Having rental real estate can help you develop a level of financial independence unseen in many endeavors... when done right.
